Come train with us
We train to transform both your body and mind. And we teach your body from a health-first perspective that promotes durability—your capacity to create a safe and adaptable foundation, before you go harder, faster, and heavier. This means we prioritize progressive skill development over “working out.” Which is why we love unconventional tools like the Steel Mace that stimulate more neural pathways through less-predictable demand. And why we love bodyweight training because it reveals our imbalances and weaknesses safely. In every session, we incorporate mobility, strength, flexibility and multi-dimensional movement, so you can develop the range of motion and power you need in virtually every sport or activity.
Jordan Ditty
Movement Specialist / Yogi / Owner
I’ve been training clients for over three years and became a 200-hour certified yoga teacher in 2023. I’m currently pursuing my 100-hour Steel Mace Vinyasa certification and have additional training in Somatics, along with certifications in prenatal/post-natal training, adaptive exercises, and steel mace vinyasa.
My journey into fitness is deeply personal. Dealing with Crohn’s disease and other autoimmune from a young age, taught me how transformative movement and mindful practice can be for the body, mind, and soul. I pursued training not just to share strength—but to embody resilience, empowerment, and balance for myself and others navigating similar challenges.
Beyond my professional path, I’m a wife and mom to my son, Kaden—roles that continually remind me of the importance of presence, patience, and moving with purpose. Those same values shape the way I train and teach.
My approach blends the strength and flow of Steel Mace Vinyasa with functional training, yoga, somatic awareness, and the mind-body connection that anchors every practice. Movement isn’t just exercise—it’s a journey into connection: to your breath, your body, and the life you’re meant to live.
I believe no two journeys are the same. I meet each person exactly where they’re at—crafting strength, mobility, and mindful practices into an individualized experience that supports the whole person. Whether we’re lifting, flowing, or exploring new movement pathways, my goal is to help you feel at home in your body—strong, grounded, and connected.

Katie Hazdovac
Yoga Teacher
As a highly sensitive person with an active mind, I was immediately pulled into yoga as a grounding embodiment practice when I first tried it in 2012. After nearly a decade of intermittent practice, I finally dedicated myself to consistent practice in 2021. Two years later, I flew to the beautiful island of Koh Phangan, Thailand to complete my 200-hour yoga teacher training course. I’ve taught classes in New York City as well my hometown of Monterey, CA. When I’m not on the mat, you can find me writing songs, working as pediatric speech-language pathologist, or performing on a local stage. Yoga has allowed me to deepen my relationship with the many different parts of myself, and self-compassion is the heart of my practice and my teaching. Because I am a lifelong athlete, I also bring a strong awareness of form and alignment. I’m honored to share my practice my students and, even more so, for them to share theirs with me. We are all growing together here. See you on the mat!
